Can I bring my pet?
Between which hours is food available?
Food is available between 11:30-3:30pm, 7 days a week.
Can we just come in and order coffee?
Yes, we can whip up all your coffee creations, come in from 11am to enjoy this service.
Can I bring a cake and decorations for a special occasion?
You can bring in a cake and decorations for your special occasions. There is no charge for this. During busy times staff might not be able to help you cut and serve but you are welcome to our cutlery and crockery.
Can I reserve tables on the lawn?
Yes, you can reserve tables on the lawn for any celebration or just to come in for a bite to eat and drink.
What is the maximum number I can book?
No maximum, the more the merrier.
Can I do a cellar door wine tasting and beer tasting and at what cost? Do I have to book for a tasting?
Yes, you can do a cellar door wine tasting for $10/head and is redeemable on any wine purchase at cellar door. You can order a beer tasting paddle at the bar for $15. If there are 6 or more of you, we recommend you make a booking.
What is you cancellation policy?
We would appreciate 24rs notice.
Do you offer dinner service?
We do not offer a dinner service at present, our opening hours are 11-5pm, 7 days a week.
Do you have a children’s menu?
We do offer a children’s menu, let the staff know of any dietary requirements.
Is there a time allocation for each sitting?
An hour and a half is allocated for each sitting but you are always welcome to stay longer and enjoy our beautiful Estate. We have ample space for seating after your lunch.
Is there a fee for the surf and car gallery?
Free for you to enjoy and appreciate plus a donation box is located inside the gallery to help preserve the special memories created.
Do you have space for large coaches and is there disability access and parking?
We do have bus bays to accommodate larger coaches and disability access. Follow the signs or call us on 9750111 for further information.
Do you accept bookings for 18ths,21sts, hens and bucks parties and post wedding recovery gatherings?
We love celebrating all of life’s milestones with you at Aravina, so come and party with us.
Do you have EV charging stations?
EV charging stations available, provided by BMW Autoclassic.
Are there taxis available from your venue?
There are taxi’s available in the area, but it is a limited service. Charter vehicles are another option.
Do you cater for gluten free and other dietary requirements?
All dietary requirements are taken care of for you.
Can I come in just for drinks or do I have to order food?
You can come in and enjoy a glass of our award-winning wine from our bar, or one of our other beverage options, otherwise a wine tasting from cellar door for $10/head.
Are you open Christmas Day?
We are not open Christmas Day, the 2 days we are closed for the year are December 25th and December 26th.
What are the driving times from Busselton, Yallingup, Dunsborough, and Margaret River to Aravina Estate?

Is there a joining fee?
No joining or ongoing fees
Do I pay for shipping?
Shipping for all Club Aravina deliveries and additional wine orders are complimentary within Australia.
Can I skip or cancel my order?
You can skip your Club Aravina order at any time via your membership account or by contacting the Estate directly via email cellardoor@aravinaestate.com. We will email you two weeks prior to charging your credit card and dispatching your wines to see if you would like to make any changes to your wine selection, payment details or delivery address.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you may change your order at any time before payment occurs. Once payment has occurred order details cannot be changed.
When will my credit card be charged?
A notification email will be sent two weeks prior to our wines being sent. This will allow you to change/update your wine selection, skip a delivery, or update your delivery details.
How often are my wines delivered?
Club Aravina deliveries are scheduled three times per year in March, July, and November.
Can I order extra wine with my Club Aravina delivery?
You can order additional wines to be delivered with your Club Aravina wine order in quantities of 6-bottles.
Can I choose different selections of wine?
Yes. We will email you two weeks prior to charging your credit card and dispatching your wines to see if you would like to make any changes to the scheduled wine selection, payment details or delivery address.
Can I place a wine order outside of my Club Aravina delivery schedule?
Yes, you can place a wine order at any time, by logging in to your membership account, and receive 20% off your wine order along with free shipping.
Can I order wine in less than 6-bottle quantities?
Our shipping and delivery require a minimum wine order in quantities of 6-bottles.
What if I am not at home when my wine is delivered?
If you have authorized delivery instructions, then Australia Post will leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not at home at the time of deliver. Otherwise, a collection card will be left for you to take to your local Australia Post Office for collection.
What if my wine has not been delivered or is delivered damaged?
Contact Australia Post directly. Once a wine order has been dispatched from Aravina Estate it is in the care of Australia Post customer service.
