Shipping, Club Aravina, Aravina Wine Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
Club Aravina is operated by Aravina Estate at 61 Thornton Road, Yallingup. To join Club Aravina you must be over 18 years of age or over and agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Shipments are for Club Aravina members’ personal consumption only and must not be used for retail sale, or with the intent to distribute.
Club Aravina is a subscription service and by joining members acknowledge that their wine shipments will be charged to the nominated credit card held on their Club Aravina account at the time of shipment. To qualify for Club Aravina membership customers are required to sign up for a minimum of three annual shipments of 6-bottles. Wine selection can be customised.
Aravina Estate will provide members with two weeks’ notice before the shipment payment is processed, where they can update details or change wine selection.
Club Aravina members can cancel club membership, and all associated benefits, at any time after 12-month subscription, by contacting the Estate via email.
Aravina Wine Loyalty Program is open to every customer who visits the Cellar Door, or the Aravina website. Wine points are only redeemable on Aravina Estate wines, online or in the Cellar Door. Wine points are not redeemable on shipping, tasting fees, Club Aravina subscription orders, wine by the glass, or other Estate offerings. Wine points are valid for 12 months and are not transferrable.
Prices, selections, vintages are subject to change.
The member understands that it their responsibility to notify Aravina Estate of any change in address and delivery details. Charges incurred with the recovery of wines to an old or incorrect address will be the responsibility of the member.
If wine is damaged during delivery or found to be faulty the customer must contact Aravina Estate within 10 business days of delivery, providing evidence of the alleged damage or wine fault. No exchanges for incorrect customer choices at time of checkout and payment are permissible.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that once wine has been dispatched for delivery that no claim shall be accepted for any damage or loss of wines occurring during transit.
