Deep cherry with bright red hue colour.  On the nose; spicy plums, dusted cherries and floral notes and the palate having a powerful fruit driven entry followed by dense and savory tannins.

A hand harvested parcel of our polyclonal Tempranillo was cold soaked, open fermented and then pressed to older French oak puncheons for 8 months maturation. Minimally fined with non animal derived agents and bottled early to retain freshness and vibrancy. Enjoy now or cellar for a further 8-10 years.
