2020 was a dry and low yielding year with fruit showing great concentration and fruit of power and weight. A hand harvested parcel of our polyclonal Tempranillo was cold soaked, open fermented and then pressed to older French oak puncheons for 8 months maturation. Minimally fined with non animal derived agents and bottled early to retain freshness and vibrancy. Enjoy now or cellar for a further 8-10 years.
