2019 produced a long and cool ripening period for the reds resulting in graceful, full flavoured and structured wines. Fermented in open fermenters for primary fermentation then pressed off to 40% new French oak for the completion of Malo-lactic fermentation. 16 months maturation and subsequent barrel selection has allowed us to produce small quantities of this iconic wine with only 247 cases made.
