This very special Sparkling has been retrieved from our private cellar which houses our museum wines. The wine was the Estate's very first Sparkling and now we want to share it with you. The fruit was sourced from Southern Margaret River, following the hand harvesting of individual fruit parcels, then lightly whole bunch pressed. The rich and winey fullness is refined by the sweetness, acidity and tight blend of the Pinot Noir grapes. Overall, the palate is simultaneously accomplished, generous and airy.
