The New Summer Menu Has Arrived!
It’s time to change things up with some fresh new Summer flavours!
Today marks the launch of a brand-new Summer menu in the restaurant at Aravina Estate. Our focus is always the freshest and highest quality of seasonal ingredients from the Southwest’s best suppliers and the new offerings rolling out today promise an innovative showcase!
Our team of Chefs lead by Executive Chef Tony Howell have refined some of the Spring menu favourites like the succulent pork belly paired with a fresh apple salad and designed some new flavours with Tony’s signature Asian influence featured throughout in dishes like Asian herb-crusted mussels and Vietnamese BBQ chicken salad.
If you’re looking for something a little heartier, try the Jindong lamb with ratatouille and smoked eggplant paired with our limited release Shiraz or keep it light with Northwest Barramundi, pearl barley risotto and a glass of the arguably the region’s most delicious Semillon.
