Our New Spring Menu August 06 2015

Ben has been named as one of the Best Chef’s in the South West by Rob Broadfield and his new menu certainly reflects this praise; the menu features a range of modern Australian dishes including citrus cured ocean trout, Suffolk lamb rump and slow cooked chicken with braised heirloom barley and smoked cheese curd, to tantalise the taste buds.
