They have both hit the ground running and are leading the team to deliver stunning dishes from our current French inspired menu.

Ben believes getting out of the kitchen and on to the farms to chat with local growers and suppliers is integral to designing a menu that showcases the amazing region in which we live. So, over the next few weeks, Ben will be working hard to design a new seasonal menu that highlights local and sustainable produce.

Both Ben and Tom have proven themselves as top Chef's over here in The West and we cant wait for them to make their mark in the Aravina Kitchen - watch this space!
