Aravina Estate is pleased to announce the release of three of its most popular wines, these being:

All three wines reflect the hard work from the vineyard to the glass and is a testament to the entire Aravina team.

2015 ‘A’ Collection Sparkling Chenin Blanc $30
Alc 12.1% Acidity 8.3 g/l pH 3.14
Freshness and the essence of Margaret River exist within this methode traditionelle sparkling wine. Bright green apples, spring flowers and citrus fruit lift from the glass. The palate compliments with a fine persistence of fresh acid and finishes with a textural element of juicy nashi pear and classic secondary fermentation characters.
2012 Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay $49
Alc 12.1% Acidity 7.2 g/L pH 3.18
Exuding classic methode traditionelle characters of warmed apple, brioche and blanched cashew, this sparkling shows the rewards of patient maturation. An elegant acid profile entwines with mid palate texture and depth that only the autolysis process can deliver. Rich, layered, complex and opulent, this sparkling wine will rise to the most significant of occasions.
2016 ‘A’ Collection Rosé $23
Alc 14.1% Acidity 6.2g/L pH 3.1
A vibrant and compelling Noveau style of new world Rose’ with lifted summer berries, exotic fruits and a floral lift on the nose. A fresh and succulent palate of strawberry and currant with balanced and juicy acidity. 100% Grenache (60% Frankland, 40% Margaret River).
